Loop or Revive Old Posts and post them on different social media platforms.

Posting regularly on twitter and Facebook is turning out to be a major time suck with not much upside since they have made it so unbelievably difficult to grow without advertising. Is there any plugin or any other way so that a random older article is posted to my social media accounts everyday? ( I do mean my older articles, NOT someone else's)
