I tried creating an Adsense account around 2 months ago but I was rejected due to "Already having another account".
I have never signed up for Adsense before in my life.
I have posted multiple times in the Adsense help forum and received no replies. I have emailed Google general support and got nothing back. I've read and tried everything in the help center as well.
I have no clue what to do at this point...
