I recently got my AdSense back after 8 years and have a few questions

I appreciate any help.

1: In an effort to avoid clicking or watching my own ads, what are some things I can do? For example, what if I want to watch one of my own videos on YouTube for sake of watching my video? Am I allowed to watch an ad on my video?

2: Am I allowed to use the "call to action" tool on one of my high traffic videos to point users to a video of mine with adsense enabled?

3: Does the Google AdSense program allow me to use ad blockers to avoid watching or clicking my own ads?
