Those who use Cloudflare, how did you set up your caching strategy?

Currently trying to figure out how to ensure optimized loading speeds but also functionality (like instant update on comment section and on new blog post). There are basically three options to fiddle with, edge cache TTL, browser cache TTL and purging. Curious to learn about your setup and how it works for you.
