How to motivate yourself to write thousands of words?

I need 12 posts about 800 posts each and it feels daunting. I feel like I'd never be happy with it either. But if I pay someone $1000 to do it I feel like I might be just as unhappy with their output too. So how do you motivate yourself to write and get it right the first time. The posts are basically to help explain a service I offer in an informative way that is useful to people who won't even use my service. I feel like my head is bursting with ideas for each post and 800 words will be easy to hit, but polishing it could take months if I let it, but I need it in days not months.
