I’m looking to start a vlog website with a friend with how to videos for a sport we are in. Potentially we will be publishing some blog articles with original content. We also want to allow people to list classified adds for tools and supplies related to our sport. We do not want to take a percentage of sales or anything, just act as a free listing site. We intend to sell some merch and we are considering a paid subscription with additional content. Do we need to consider anything as far as legal, financial besides an LLC and a business bank account? Do we need licensing to sell our own products online? TIA
