I am a game developer looking to sell games ready for publish and am very bad at logos/trailers myself and would rather skip that step.
Each project would cost around $150-200 and the absolute least I've seen one generate is $250.
You need:
$150-200, 100 for license fee, 50-100 for development cost
Logo designs and a trailer, if outsourced Id estimate $10-15 here
Some time to tinker with uploading a game
