About 15 years ago, I wrote a moderately popular blog. I had Adsense on it for a short amount of time before my account was disabled due to "invalid click activity." I never even saw my first revenue check!
I never figured out what the problem was… it was a standard install on a Blogger blog. I wasn't doing anything weird or out of the ordinary. Google just cut me off. Anyway, I had some other stuff going on at the time, so I just let it go and moved onto the next project.
And now here I am, 15 years later, hoping to use AdSense on a current project... and I'm still locked out!
I've gone through the appeals form, but am going in circles!
- Fill out form.
- Receive auto-reply from Google stating that my "account was suspended due to invalid click activity. You can appeal this decision by filling out the appeal form."
- Click the appeal link and I'm brought right back to the original form.
Ugh. This is Google, so I can't imagine that I'll ever be able to talk to a real human. What can I do?
