How to make a page/post/drop down menu of all labels

i wanna use lables as tags..how to do that

ive alot of labels and cant make a separate link for every single one I cant copy the link or click on Labels widget, the theme is like this. A separate page or post with all labels would be fine too

do i have any options, please help
