New Writer - What Should I Charge?

I've recently become self-employed, and have taken up writing as one of my sources of income. I started a gig on Fiverr yesterday, and have already received/completed my first order. My prices are real low right now (offering packages of $5, $10, and $15) but I aim to increase them once I get a few more reviews.

Now, if I'm offered to take up a custom project (let's say, 3k words) - what would you charge for this as a beginner? I understand it's probably hard to determine since you don't know my level of writing, but right now I'm just trying to figure out a rough amount to charge per word.
