This is more of a vent. Anyone using an FB page as a key reader driver? I run a successful regional retail blog focusing on new business news. I have a knack for finding out when new things are coming it. Admittedly, my facebook page is the main driver to readers to the site. I have 8600 FB fans and after I write a web post, I post it to FB. FB has really drive my growth as I get MANY comments, and MANY shares. People get so excited about these stories they share. So a post that had 250+ shares in a day was completely removed by FB, flagged as spam. I can only assume that either the FB engine flagged it, or maybe too many people saw it on FB (if all your local friends share it, you could see too much).

So completely frustrating that the thing that has fed my success, is what just tripped me up... and I have no real recourse.

arrrgghgh

I need to get more people over to the website "notify via email" feature...

anyway, if ya have something to add... I'll listen ha
