I'd like to monetize my blog, but I'd rather get a fix amount per month. What's that called in the advertisement industry? I can only find CPC, CPV and so on.

I'd like to monitize my blog, but with a fixed amount a month in stead.

Is here someone that does the same and can send me in the right direction? Google is full with advertisers or "Here are 9 ways to monetize your blog" stuff.
