How to attract new bloggers to my platform?

Hi All I created a platform where bloggers and writers can publish there content. something like a YouTube but for articles.

I have integrated it with copyscape API so it wont get published until the plagiarism goes below 5%

I also integrated it with google keywords API and Pixabay API in order to search and include images on my portal itself.

I am just wondering How should I proceed in order to bring more writers and bloggers to my platform.

ps: I dont have much money to giveaway writers/bloggers
